Impact Arts: Art Changes Lives

Impact Arts are running a series of parent and toddler art workshops as part of The Young Gallery programme. Parents/guardians and children aged 0 to 3 years old can attend free sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays which run at 10:30am – 11:30am and 1:30pm – 2:30pm.

Liz Shepherd, artist and Gallery Co-ordinator said:

“These workshops provide a how to guide for playing creatively with children. This opportunity is exclusively for parents from the East End. The end of the workshops will be celebrated with a professional exhibition of art work produced by the children at The Young Gallery. What an amazing thing this is for parents and guardians to tell their children, ‘You were an exhibiting artist aged two!’”.

Sessions will include:

  • Large scale painting
  • Movement and sound
  • Sensory drawing
  • Music and light

To get involved please call Liz or Jenny on 0141 575 3001
