There will be a public meeting in relation to the development proposals for the former Golfhill School, as follows: Wednesday 5th April 2017 (12:00-19:00) at Milnbank Community Hall, 53 Ballindalloch Drive, G31 3DQ.

A question and answer session will also take place (18:00-19:00).

The proposal is for a facade retention and residential conversion, with a new residential block at the former Golfhill Primary School and playing park on Circus Drive and Firpark Street in Dennistoun.

Barony Homes are proposing to construct 145 units, comprising 15 flats in the school facade retention, a restoration of the janitor’s house, and 129 new build flats.

As part of the Scottish Planning process Jewitt and Wilkie Architects are required to serve a Proposal of Application Notice (PoAN) regarding their intention to submit a Planning Application for this project.
